Breaded fresh mozzarella bits. When cooked you taste the crunchy breadcrumbs disclosing a soft milk heart
 
Preparation: To be eaten cooked. Do not defreeze; fry directly in a pan or in a deep fryer in very hot oil (180c) for 2 minutes. Then drain the mozzarella bits and wrap in brown paper for approx. 2mins so the cheese heats through.
