One of the pleasures of summer in Ascoli is being able to eat fried stuffed zucchini flowers. The delicious taste of courgette flower is enriched with anchovy wrapped in cheese. The cheese and anchovies ooze out of the thin, crisp Fiori. At home, you can serve them in batches just as they come out of the pan

Preparation: Do not defreeze, fry directly in a pan in very hot oil (180c) for about 5minutes. Let the products lay for about 2 min
Oven – Cook the products still frozen for about 15mins (200c)
